Frères des Hommes is a solidarity association, recognised as being of public interest, aconfessional and non-partisan, committed to social transformation.

Faced with a political, economic and social system that generates inequality and exclusion, Frères des Hommes has set itself the mission of being a driving force for social transformation in France and abroad, where the association works with partner organisations from civil society.

In France, the organisation fosters civic engagement by supporting volunteer teams and local residents in implementing concrete actions to protect the environment and strengthen social bonds among diverse groups (young people, refugees, the elderly, etc.).

Frères des Hommes initiated the ‘Train to Transform’ collective, which brings together organisations with which the association has long cooperated. Frères des Hommes co-leads the collective. The exchange of practices and experiences enables the association to co-develop useful knowledge to better support communities, both in France and abroad.
